Please be familiar with our salon policies. These policies are designed to maintain a high level of service, and are enforced in fairness to all guests.
Children: We strive to provide services to our clients in a relaxing peaceful atmosphere without distractions and interruptions. Please do not bring infants/children with you to wait during your scheduled salon service. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.
Extra Visitors: Our facility space is designed to accommodate customer's that are receiving services only. Please do not bring extra visitors with you to wait during your scheduled salon service visit.
Cell Phones: Please refrain from cell phone conversations during services, and set cell phones on vibrate/quiet while you are visiting the salon.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice is required when canceling. There is a $25 no show, non-cancellation fee. Three missed or cancelled reservations will require pre-payment for future visits.
Prepayment: Payment is required to reserve selected salon service appointments.
Services & Prices: Due to the various techniques, time, and individual needs of each client - prices may differ and cannot be quoted accurate before a physical consultation. Prices are subject to change.
